description:
This course will focus on how to effectively represent a buyer, as a buyer’s agent, in a residential real estate transaction. Course topics include: using MLS data to advise potential buyer as to the market value and choosing correct comparable sales so that “apples are compared to apples.” Understanding the difference between a buyer’s market, a seller’s market and a balanced market impacts buyer options; learning to compare the resale market to the new home market and the importance of historical data in specific neighborhoods. Emphasis also placed on buyer’s agent responsibility to client. Course outline
