The Texas REALTORS® Leadership Program (TRLP) is your ticket to enhancing your leadership skills by providing an innovative and highly flexible program that allows self-motivated learners the opportunity for leadership development in the context of a learning community. 

 

The program consists of 8 modules held in-person throughout the year, providing participants with lectures, seminars, guest speakers, group discussions, and leadership exercises that address vital issues affecting Texas REALTORS®. This dynamic format stimulates vigorous and animated discussions and involvement by all participants. The program concludes with a graduation ceremony where participants receive their certificate and TRLP pin. 

 

During TRLP you'll experience:

Ready to Become a Leader?

The deadline to submit an application is March 13, 2026.

 

The following items will be required to be uploaded during the application process. Please make sure you have these ready before you begin (max file size for each upload is 1MB): 


  • Headshot (jpg or png format)
  • Current Photo ID (jpg or png format)
  • Biography (150 words or less - This will be used in the 2026 TRLP directory)
  • 2 Letters of Recommendation (addressed to HLAoR Leadership)
