Will be a deep dive into the 1-4 Family Residential Contract and commonly used addenda. The most important paragraphs and how to fill in each blank will be covered in detail. Contract strategies, how to protect clients whether the listing or buying agent, offer and acceptance, and the importance of the date of execution will be emphasized. Course Outline
