Platting 101

This Real Estate Platting 101 class will provide a base understanding of the unique process involved in the formal planning and development of real estate. Each course offering is custom-built using local experts with unique localized knowledge of the community, environment, leadership, planning & zoning, working with the necessary municipalities, regulations, etc. This course will provide specialized training designed to help ensure attendees walk away with a solid understanding of real estate platting.  Course outline

• There will be no refunds for no-shows. You may not transfer your registration to another member for any class; however, you may transfer to a future course with 48 hours' notice.
• If HLAoR cancels the class, you may receive a full refund or transfer to a new date.
