Contracts and Their Crusty Sidekicks

This course provides an in-depth exploration of essential TREC

contracts and TXR forms, and proper use in real estate transactions. Participants will examine various sales contracts, addenda, amendments, and related documents. By clarifying the purpose, appropriate use, and recent updates of these documents, the course equips real estate professionals to handle transactions with assurance, accuracy, and expert knowledge.
