This course covers the history and structure of TREC, explains important sections of TRELA, and the violations and potential disciplinary actions. The differences between each of the six contracts are briefly addressed, then the important paragraphs of the 1-4 Family Residential contract are covered in detail. The most commonly used addenda are explained, as well as the Seller’s Disclosure Notice and related liabilities for the seller and license holder.  Course Outline
