Real Estate Market Trends

In this course the real estate professional will learn to interpret national economic data and how it affects local real estate on a residential and commercial level. They will gain understanding of regional and state trends and discover ways to better explain to clients. Identify key indicators in residential data. Describe the differences in new construction and existing home sales statistics and recognize trends in the different commercial sectors.
